What is the reason for you to go into a casino? Is it for curiosity or gambling for more money? At your age, i suggest that you spend more time study and graduate from a prestigious university. By the time you should be old enough to have a PR ID to show that you are more then 18 year old. Then later life you determine whether you wish to enter the casino

You can walk onto the floor of any Casino and start playing slots etc. But if they suspect your under age they will ask for ID, and you must provide a valid state issued ID or they will ask you to leave. When you say permit, is that a state issued drivers learners permit and does it have your birthday on it? If so that would suffice.

first of all where is this casino at and as long as you have some thing with your picture on it just take you social security card just in case and birth certificate

I work at a casino and I can tell you that it sounds like you probably won’t be able to get in. You need to elaborate on what you mean by permit though, is it a state issued driving permit with your picture??? It so that will get you in, if not you better hope that you don’t get carded but you probably will.

If you are going to an Indian casino then 18 is fine, but most places you have to be 21 to enter. But as far as an i.d you have to have a state i.d to prove your age. A school id will not get you bye.

Is the gaming age 21 or 18. If it is 18 you might be ok with those i.d.’s If not stay out, you will catch a charge. Just go down to the dmv and get an I.D. they are 12 bucks or so. If you win a jackpot you will have to have a photo I.D.
